This project, located in the SODO area of Seattle, consisted of the demolition of two existing buildings and the construction of a new 57,000 sf facility to include a showroom, offices, and a 47-stall service department. The project also included 44,700 sf of parking spanning 387 spaces. Notably, the most unique feature of this project is that the majority of new car inventory will be parked on the roof.
